- Ensure the safety of all R&D employees by implementing proper training and equipment safeguards.
- Work closely with plant EHS expert to teach those employees who handle raw ingredients about any potential hazards and ensuring that proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is used.
- Help to create an R&D group that has the right attitude and skills to achieve company goals. Ensure the size of the R&D group is adequate to achieve company goals.
- Provide support across all company management to help people achieve their targets while enhancing the team spirit.
