The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in Total Rewards to join the team. In this role you will support EY’s clients in developing Total Rewards strategies, including compensation and benefits planning, market intelligence analysis and link to all employee experience initiatives. You will provide expert views and advice, build implementation strategies and support implementation and project management.
Duties and responsibilities
Be recognized as a subject matter expert and work with clients in areas such as compensation pay range design, market intelligence analysis, benefits design, incentive pay design, job evaluation & job architecture, annual compensation, incentive and benefits review
Develop and review reward frameworks, toolkits and guidelines that align with the business strategy and the vision of the client
Plan, design, evaluate employee reward programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, the client’s benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies, in line with work culture and organizational objectives and principles.
Support job evaluation activities, such as mapping jobs and career levels, establishing salary structures, developing pay ranges and bonus schemes aligned with job architecture
Prepare market ratio analysis, analyses the survey outcomes and helps clients, countries and stakeholders to understand the findings
Develops salary review principles and guidance in client projects
Maintain a working knowledge of regulations and legislations influencing compensation and benefits (e.g., pay equity, human rights, etc.)
Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts
Capable for managing, coordinating, motivating Advisors within a project team
Requirements
5+ year relevant experience in Total RewardsAccuracy, strong attention to details and adherence to deadlines
Excellent English knowledge, both oral and written
Advanced computer skills (excellent Excel skills e.g., for cost modelling), including Office applications (Power Point needed), combined with tech and digitalization affinity
Analytical thinking, good problem solving and well-organized way of working
Client centricity, proactivity to assess the project goals and deadlines with a continuous improvement mindset
Good communication and people management skills
