Roles & Responsibilities
Analyzing with business & development teams the provided customer requests to get an efficient solution and ensure customer satisfactions.
Utilizing the testing methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) for analyzing the testing requirements.
Designing the manual testing scenarios and test cases that will be demonstrated for all requirements.
Supporting knowledge management through participating in testing communities and improving testing through lessons learned.
Implementing & executing the manual test cases for the new CRs by using the recommended Test Management tool.
Raising & monitoring the defects that will be raised on the recommended Test Management tool.
Exporting the Test Summary reports for each sprint/release from the recommended Test Management tool.
Basic Qualifications
8 years of experience in the Banking Quality Control or Assurance.
3 years of experience in one of the following Banking products (Leonardo) [is must]
Leonardo Brokerage Products.
RCM; for user registration and profile management “open investment accounts , Add more portfolios , rest password , update KYC ”
GBS; for online user trading.
ETS; for managing the financial transactions.
Good communication skills.
High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge in the software test management tools (e.g., JIRA). [is plus]
Certified on ISTQB Foundation Level. [is plus]
ECNR Passport Only
