Operation Coordinator [Saudi Arabia]


 

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily basis. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by assisting our teams, supporting human resources.

Job Location: Riyadh (Office Based)

Key Activities:

  • Coordinate between client, management & inspection engineers.
  • Printing /documenting the inspection reports or certificates from Engineers.
  • Recording / Documenting the Operator details as received.
  • Preparing Assessed / Renewed Operator Cards & Certificates.
  • Maintaining the complete Job Records in designated files / Folders
  • Receive and record client enquires.
  • Coordinating with Clients to process the Entry Gate pass for Site Visit.
  • Following with vendor for the Purchase request /Purchase order.
  • Plan and executive mobilization of inspection engineers.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling query, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Preparing the weekly Timesheet registry report & Checking the Timesheet to follow the payment status / Invoicing.
  • Assist accounts department in the different matters.

Education:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-years

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
