Office Receptionist [Canada]


 

LBN Bookkeeping Services is seeking to hire a part-time receptionist. The position is Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and staff at our head office. Ensuring every client is welcomed, assisted and directed in a professional manner, you will always be friendly & courteous, providing the perfect first impression.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers
  • $ads={1}

  • Answering the phone and emails
  • Processing payments
  • Booking client appointments
  • Managing paperwork
  • Filing
  • General office duties including cleaning the office and maintaining the office building

Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance, punctual, accountable, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
  • Works well under pressure
  • Manage and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel

Flexibility to work more during busy season, February to April.

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
