Job Description
- Be responsible for finance strategy including forecasting, controlling, reporting....
- Support the team to deliver the result for business plan for the BU and the company.
- Be the key person to work with stakeholders, advice and measure the performance of each department related to financial reporting
- Build and implement the system to control all the financial activities.
- Manage the budget and actual to make sure the cash flow is kept on track
- Identify any risks happening during the process by controlling the financial data, business plan,…
- Coach and train the team and other departments to make sure each department can maintain their work alongside the business's vision and budget.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting. ACCA/CPA will be a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, 5 years in the management level. Experience in animal nutrition/ FMCG is a plus.
- Leadership skill
- Good in both English spoken and written
