Our flagship and pet-friendly studio is located in the heart of Istanbul Maçka and includes our smoothie and juice brand ShakeUp.
We are on the lookout for a Part-time Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team at our high-end wellness studio. As the face of our studio, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable guest experience for our clients.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, fitness, and providing top-notch customer service to our guests.
What you will be doing;
· Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a personalized experience from the get-go.
· Assist guests with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and ensure satisfaction with their visit.
· Utilize creative marketing tactics and communication skills to promote our services to clients.
· Build positive relationships with our clients and maintain regular communication to ensure a personalized experience.
· Manage the studio online system, and maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
· Assist with planning and coordinating studio events and promotions.
And you ;
· Are currently a student at University who wants to improve her/his skills with customer service experience.
· Are passionate about wellness, fitness, and healthy living.
· Have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Have the ability to think creatively and outside of the box to provide guests with unique experiences.
· Are fluent in English
· Have proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Have willingness to work part-time and flexible hours,
· Can easily reach to our studio location in Maçka
