E-commerce Assistant, Fragrance and Beauty, Temporary & Part-time

Chanel is currently looking for an E-commerce Assistant to focus on delivering high service standards to our e-commerce clients and ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy within the guidelines and procedures set for e-commerce.
You will be dedicated to the daily e-commerce tasks, and you understand the intangible value of delivering an exceptional client experience.
The role is based in Stockholm at our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique at Mäster Samuelsgatan.
Your responsibilities and tasks are:
- Pick and pack daily orders on e-commerce according to procedures and wrapping guidelines
- Manage all daily orders in our e-commerce system
- Follow up on daily parcel pick up done by courier
- Receive and handle daily e-commerce returns according to procedure
- Manage all e-commerce returns in e-commerce system
- Follow up on wrapping items and report to E-Commerce Manager for replenishment
- Follow up on monthly samples and report to E-Commerce Manager Scandinavia
- Keep the e-commerce area including packing station neat and tidy
- Maintain a clean and structured organization of back office
- Assist in other back office / e-commerce / retail operations when needed
- Share best practices with other markets
- Propose improvements to e-commerce team
We are looking for:
- A self-driven, positive, and independent person
- You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
- You have an obsession with client experience, luxury, and beauty
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
This position is a temporary (Vikariat) for 1 year. It is part-time 20 hours per week, in an inspiring environment and development in a Company with high ambitions and great courage.
