Call Centre Administrator - £29,500 p/a [United Kingdom]


 

Go Green Taxis are currently recruiting for people with a strong background in customer services to join their business working within the call centre however also being willing to assist driving when its busy. It is essential that you have a full driving license.

Working Hours:

6am - 4pm

Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Salary:

£29,500 per annum

Duties:

  • Answering the phones, taking customer details and dispatching cars
  • Dealing with queries by utilising our system.
  • Answering customer email bookings
  • Dealing with driver queries
  • Assisting with driving during busy periods

The split in terms of work is roughly 70% call centre 30% driving and we find that because of the split in responsibilities the day just flys past! The call centre team is approx 10 at the moment and we are looking to add 3 additional people due to an uptick in work.

No Experience Necessary as full training will be provided!

We sponsor and pay for your taxi license and you should expect to only be in the vehicle for approximately 30% of your time depending on staffing levels in our call centre.
