Hacktiv8 is an online rapid education program that prepares absolute beginners into job-ready developers to work in high-growth tech careers in Indonesia. We do this using Income Share Agreement, a payment program that helps students defer their tuition for a percentage of their future income.

Job Description:

• Represent Hacktiv8 in front of customers and be the customer’s voice for the company

• Answering questions about programs or the company
• Asking questions to understand leads requirements and needs and suggest other programs that meet their needs
• Contact (Call and Chat) customers and follow-up customers about the Hacktiv8 services
• You'll get an opportunity to experience EduTech Student Representative environment first hand

Qualification

• Final year student from reputable university
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency is a plus
• Strong attention in detail and administrative skill

• Hard worker, communicative, innovative, & pro-active

• Previous experience in sales, telesales or something related is a plus.
