Summary
The Cluster Associate Director of Sales is an experienced senior level hotel sales role that reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing . An ideal candidate is responsible in managing and leading the sales staff as well as managing select key accounts.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in large scale operational hotels.
- Setting traces and profiling accounts.
- Knowledge of Kuwait market.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
- Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and organization skills.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
