Your profile
• Executing operational processes (goods receipt, goods issue) in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, hazardous materials)
• Preparing shipment documents
• Packaging and handling shipments involving GMP, hazardous materials, refrigerated items, and deep-frozen goods for outgoing logistics
• Performing administrative tasks such as warehouse management and preparing shipping documentation
• Coordinating activities with our third-party logistics service provider
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
•Swiss and/or EU nationality or a valid and already existing work permit for Switzerland
• Completion of an apprenticeship as a Logistician EFZ, with additional training as a logistics specialist FA being advantageous
• Several years of experience in Production Supply within a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility
• Proficiency in working with SAP
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
• Strong understanding of GMP principles
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently, with agility, flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

As a Logistics Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials for production, meeting the required standards of products, quality, cost, timing, quantity, and delivery location. You will be accountable for the storage of materials in accordance with industry standards and will closely collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
- Processing incoming shipments, including conducting inspections and recording them in the ERP system
